Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the website or availing any services at Blossom Women’s Care & Fertility Clinic (“the Clinic”, “we”, “us”), under the medical supervision of Dr. Sonal Anand. By accessing our website or availing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, undergoing treatment, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the patient or website user) and the Clinic.
2. Medical Services & Clinical Disclaimer
The Clinic provides specialised fertility care including but not limited to IVF, IUI, egg freezing, embryo freezing, fertility preservation, male fertility care, ovulation induction, and PGT (Genetic Testing).
2.1 No Guarantee of Outcome
Fertility treatments, including IVF, do not guarantee a successful pregnancy. Success rates vary based on individual medical conditions, age, ovarian reserve, embryo quality, and other clinical factors. The Clinic does not guarantee pregnancy, live birth, or any specific treatment outcome.
2.2 Professional Medical Advice
All information provided on our website is for general awareness only and does not constitute medical advice. Treatment decisions are made by qualified medical professionals based on individual patient assessment. Do not delay seeking professional medical advice based on information found on our website.
2.3 Informed Consent
Before undergoing any procedure, you will be required to sign an informed consent form. By signing, you confirm that the risks, benefits, and alternatives of the proposed treatment have been explained to you in a language you understand.
3. Appointments & Consultations
- Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person at the clinic.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- If you are unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments in cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
- Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future appointments at the Clinic’s discretion.
4. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
4.1 Fees
- All consultation fees are payable at the time of the appointment.
- Treatment and procedure costs will be communicated transparently before commencement.
- The Clinic reserves the right to revise fees at any time. Revised fees will be communicated to patients in advance.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Refund Policy
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
- Refunds for treatment packages or procedures cancelled before commencement will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- No refund will be issued for treatments that have been partially or fully completed.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@blossomivf.com within 7 days of the relevant event.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
5. Patient Responsibilities
As a patient of the Clinic, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical history and personal information
- Disclose all current medications, allergies, and pre-existing conditions
- Follow the treatment protocol, medication schedule, and clinical instructions provided by your doctor
- Attend all scheduled monitoring appointments and follow-up visits
- Inform the Clinic immediately of any adverse reactions, changes in health, or unexpected symptoms
- Treat all clinical staff with respect and courtesy
- Refrain from recording consultations without prior written consent from the treating physician
6. Confidentiality & Medical Records
All patient medical records are maintained in strict confidence in accordance with Indian medical ethics and applicable law. Medical records remain the property of the Clinic and are governed by our Privacy Policy. Patients have the right to request copies of their medical records subject to applicable fees and processing time.
7. Embryo & Genetic Material Storage
Where embryos, eggs, or sperm are cryopreserved as part of your treatment:
- A separate cryopreservation and storage consent form must be signed before storage commences.
- Annual storage fees apply and must be paid in advance to maintain storage.
- In the event of non-payment of storage fees, the Clinic will issue a 60-day written notice before any action is taken.
- Disposal, donation, or transfer of cryopreserved material will only occur with your explicit written consent.
- The Clinic is not liable for loss of cryopreserved material due to events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
8. Website Use
8.1 Permitted Use
Our website is provided for informational purposes only. You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8.2 Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its backend systems
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from the website without prior written permission
- Submit false or misleading information through any contact or booking forms
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to extract data from the website
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and the Blossom IVF brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Blossom Women’s Care & Fertility Clinic or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable intellectual property laws. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
- The Clinic’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- The Clinic is not responsible for the accuracy of information on third-party websites linked from our site.
- The Clinic is not liable for delays or failures in treatment caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on our website at blossomivf.com with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
