2. Book an Appointment
Scheduling your consultation at Blossom is simple and convenient. We offer multiple ways to book:
Online Booking
Visit blossomivf.com/book-an-appointment and fill in the appointment form. Select your preferred service, date, and time. Our team will confirm your appointment within 2 hours during clinic hours.
Phone Booking
Call us at +91-799-177-4117 (Monday – Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) to speak directly with our patient coordinator and book at your convenience.
Walk-In
You are welcome to visit the clinic in person to schedule your appointment. We recommend calling ahead to check availability and avoid waiting.
What to Bring to Your First Appointment
- Any previous medical records, test reports, or prescriptions related to fertility
- Identity proof (Aadhaar card or passport)
- A list of current medications and supplements
- Previous ultrasound reports or semen analysis reports, if available
- Insurance card or policy documents, if applicable
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as early as possible so we can offer your slot to another patient.
Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.

- Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be possible.
Cancellation Policy
- Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee as per our Terms & Conditions.
- For procedure bookings (e.g., egg retrieval, embryo transfer), please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Our experienced fertility counsellors are available to guide you through the emotional and psychological aspects of fertility treatment. Whether you are just starting your journey or have experienced a setback, we are here to listen and support you with compassion and expertise.
Treatment Coordination
Each patient is assigned a dedicated treatment coordinator who will guide you through every step — from your first consultation to your final follow-up. Your coordinator will explain your treatment plan, answer questions, and ensure all your appointments and investigations are scheduled correctly.
Financial Guidance
Our patient services team can assist you with understanding treatment costs, available payment plans, and insurance queries. We believe in fully transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Interest-free payment plans may be available — ask our team for details.
Second Opinion
If you are seeking a second opinion on a previous fertility assessment or treatment plan, we welcome you to consult with Dr. Sonal Anand. Please bring all previous reports and records for a comprehensive review.
Language Support
Our team is fluent in Hindi and English. Consultations can be conducted in whichever language you are most comfortable with.
5. Medical Records & Test Results
Accessing Your Reports
Test results and medical reports are shared with you directly by your treating doctor or via email after your results are reviewed by the clinical team. We do not release results without clinical review and context.
Requesting Medical Records
- Submit a written request by email to info@blossomivf.com with your full name, date of birth, and patient ID.
- Records are provided within 5–7 working days of a confirmed request.
- A nominal administrative fee may apply for printed copies.
- Digital copies are provided free of charge via secure email.
Correction of Records
If you believe any information in your medical records is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We are committed to maintaining accurate and complete records at all times.

Raising a Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your care or service, please follow these steps:

- Step 3: A formal investigation will be completed within 14 working days
- Step 4: You will receive a written response with our findings and resolution

What if I have a reaction to my medication?

How long will my treatment take?
Treatment duration varies depending on the type of treatment. A standard IVF cycle takes approximately 4–6 weeks. Your doctor will give you a personalised timeline during your consultation.
Do you offer teleconsultation?
Yes. Follow-up consultations and certain initial assessments can be conducted via video call. Please contact us to check eligibility and book a teleconsultation appointment.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. All patient information is treated with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with Indian medical law, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and our Privacy Policy. Your records are never shared without your explicit consent.
